Appointment and Office Policies

These policies are in place to help visits run on time and to make sure each client receives the attention they need.

If you have any questions at any point, our team is available to walk you through what to expect.

Appointments are scheduled to allow enough time for assessment, care, and any recommendations.

We send reminders in advance as a courtesy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least two full business days’ notice. This allows that time to be offered to another client who may be waiting for care.

Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee.

While reminders are sent, we ask that you keep track of your scheduled visits and let us know as early as possible if changes are needed.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early, especially for your first visit.

This allows time to review any forms and helps your visit begin as scheduled.

If you are running late, please contact us. Depending on timing, your visit may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, we encourage you to reach out as early as possible.
